Buckwheat is not actually a grain. It’s a seed from a flowering plant related to rhubarb and sorrel, and it’s naturally gluten-free. Buckwheat is considered a superfood, thanks to its impressive nutritional profile.

We use sprouted buckwheat as the core of our product. When buckwheat is sprouted, it becomes even more bioavailable. The sprouting process activates enzymes and significantly increases the levels of vitamins and minerals.
